Shipping from the Netherlands to all European countries!

Once payment is received, all orders will be shipped. The vast majority of orders will arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 48 to 72 hours. Please keep in mind that getting orders to remote areas can take up to four business days.

Delivery Options:

Priority Shipping via NL Postman, DHL, UPS, DPS, Deutsch Poste, and PostNL Signed For 1st Class Delivery. Completely trackable. At the time of collection, no signature is necessary. We also use private delivery to transport big orders.

Delivery Time:

Monday through Saturday, orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (Netherlands time) will ship the same day (excluding holidays). Orders received after 3:00 p.m. (Netherlands time) will be shipped the following business day. The tracking information is emailed to you immediately after the shipment is shipped.

  • Express shipping is overnight
  • Standard delivery is 72 hours

All packages are discreetly transported in odor-proof aluminum bags that are undetected by electronic sniffers or X-Ray scanners.

Lost parcels:

If your item has not been delivered within 5 business days within Europe or 6 working days for the rest of the world, please contact us and we will look into it. In your reply to us, please include your order ID and tracking number.

Returns and Replacements:

If you receive the wrong goods or a shipment that does not match your expectations, please notify us so that we can arrange an exchange. This will be handled as soon as we receive and inspect the wrong item. Due to the nature of the company, you will not be eligible for a refund or return once your order has left our premises. Please remember that all sales are FINAL. You have 30 days from the time you place your order to cancel or change it. Any cancellation will incur a 10% cost.

Guaranteed Delivery (tracked orders only):

If your order does not arrive within 5 business days, you will be eligible for a free reship (tracked orders only). However, if the goods is confiscated by customs, we will reship it as we strive to send all purchases completely discreetly. Please keep in mind that we DO NOT provide a reship service to Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Denmark – you order from these countries at your own risk due to the higher proportion of customs confiscations. We offer interstate and international shipping that is SAFE-RELIABLE-DISCREET, and we guarantee that your item will clear customs in your country.

NB: Complex products are subject to particular state laws. We double vacuum seal and stealth package all orders so that canine (dogs) or electronic sniffers cannot detect the scent. If your cargo does not come, we can provide you with confirmation of shipment and compensate you, but we will not provide refunds unless it is our error.

We also mail customized (diplomatic sealed) parcels that avoid all customs checks. Items will be delivered in tiny packages to avoid crushing. A flat envelope can be used to mail many concentrates, including hash and amber glass. This Envelope will be mailed to you. If something is missing from the order or a product is defective, we must be notified within 24 hours after the delivery time. We are unable to receive notifications after 24 hours.
